Description:
1.1 The subject of the order is Extension of the functionality of the HIS AMMS system.
The subject of the order is to expand the functionality of the existing and operated integrated system IT system. It is not possible to divide the order into parts because the extension contains many common elements that must function properly as a whole. Therefore, for technical and organizational reasons, it is not possible to divide the order into parts. Subject the contract is not subject to division because it constitutes a homogeneous HIS IT system.
1.3 A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1A to the SWZ (Description of the subject of the contract) and in Annex 1B to the SWZ (Assortment and price form), which constitute an integral part SWZ.
The procedure is carried out for the purpose of implementing the project entitled: Investment D1.1.2 "Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care" which is an element of component D "Efficiency, availability and quality of the health care system", covered by support under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, hereinafter referred to as KPO.
