- 1. The subject of the order is the expansion of the disk matrix Hitachi VSP 5600 - 1 piece, located in the location of the Processing Center at ul. Local Government 1, 26-601 Radom and the disk matrix Hitachi VSP 5500-1 piece located in the location of the Praga Processing Center, ul. November 1123, 03-446 Warsaw.
Consisting of:
1) as part of the basic order for each of the above location:
a) the development and delivery of a technical project in accordance with the requirements described in chapter Volume III III OPZsubject of the contract,
c) implementation, in accordance with the requirements described in chapter IV volume III OPZ
d) Development and delivery of documentation, in accordance with the requirements described in chapter III volume III OPZ
e) granting the Employer's license for software in the scope and on the conditions specified in the contract,
f) benefitwarranty services in accordance with the requirements described in chapter VI Volume III OPZ.
2) Under the right of options for each of the above location:
a) the development and delivery of a technical implementation of the implementation, in accordance with the requirements described in chapter Volume III III OPZ;
b) delivery with software unloadingand the equipment necessary for the implementation of the subject of the contract under the option;
c) implementation, in accordance with the requirements described in chapter IV volume III OPZ
d) Development and delivery of documentation, in accordance with the requirements described in chapter III volume III OPZ
