Description:
1. The subject of this order is the extension of the license subscription for the network of campuses at the Polish Provincial Office in Łodź for a period of 12 months. The network infrastructure was built based on equipment from Cisco.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the method of implementation result from the content of the Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, as well as from the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.3. The subject of the order referred to in section 1, will be delivered on the terms specified in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 4 to SWZ.4. If in any documents, using which describes the subject of the contract, indicates trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a specific contractor, this should be interpreted as a reference to specific standards and not as a requirement for application specific solutions In each such case, the Ordering Party allows equivalent (not worse) solutions.
