- 1. The subject of the contract is the design and then execution of construction works consisting in the implementation of the project under the name: "Expansion of the liquid fuel reloading position at the port of Gdynia" along with obtaining all required administrative decisions - based on BIM requirements.
2. Detailed The description of the subject of the contract was included in the functional and utility program, which is Annex 3 to SWZ.
3. Conceptual reconstruction of the reconstruction was specified in the documentation: conceptual project to expand the position of expansion of liquid fuels in the port of Gdynia, Aquaprojekt, November 2022, which constitutes Annex 4 to SWZ
4. The order of the contract includes the design and then execution of construction works consisting in the implementation of the project under the name: "Expansion of the liquid fuel reloading position at the Port of Gdynia", which includes:
1) Preparation of the area covered by the project for safe implementation, including the UXO campaign,
2) execution of demolition works,
3) construction of new dalb and transhipment platforms,
4) execution of reasons and charging works,
5) construction of permanent DNA fortification,
6) strengthening the existing elements of hydrotechnical infrastructure,
7) Equipment of a new one transhipment position in a manner consistent with applicable regulations and to adapt to the service of established units,
8) construction of cubature facilities,
9) Construction of internal and external installations.
