- 1. The subject of the order is the expansion of municipal road no. 106050B in Tarnowo Goski, Zambrw commune.2. The detailed scope of construction works and description of the subject of the order were specified in the design documentation, bill of quantities and STWIORB: NOTE: It is worth completed and accepted works will be determined by an as-built cost estimate prepared on the basis of the measurements of the actually performed works confirmed by the supervision inspector and unit prices from the offer cost estimate. The design documentation consists of two part: the stage covered by the final ZRID decision, and the part of the water pipeline processed in the notification mode (administrative procedures are currently in progress)3. The task should be implemented based on the scope resulting from: 1) Specification of Order Conditions with annexes, 2) Technical Documentation, Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (hereinafter referred to as STWiORB), 3) Contractor's Offer, 4) ZRID Decision, 5) Notification of construction works, 6) Applicable regulations and principles of technical knowledge.4.
