- 1. The scope of construction works to be carried out as part of the expansion of the provincial road No. 486 on the Szczyty - Działoszyn section includes:
• expansion of the provincial road on the section from km 21+100 to km 25+000,
•expansion and reconstruction of the intersections of provincial road No. 486 with municipal roads,
•expansion and reconstruction of sections of municipal roads,
•construction of the intersection of the provincial road with planned municipal roads,
•demolition and construction of sidewalks,
•construction of a walking and cycling path,
• reconstruction of an additional road to service adjacent plots,
•demolition and construction of bus bays,
•demolition and construction exits with covered ditches,
•demolition and reconstruction of road ditches,
•construction of storm sewage system,
•construction of an infiltration tank,
•demolition of existing culverts under the provincial road,
•construction of culverts under the provincial road and under the pedestrian and bicycle path,
•demolition and construction of lighting street,
•construction of a technological channel,
• reconstruction of the existing infrastructure (power grid, telecommunication network, water supply, sanitary sewage system, gas sewage system) as part of the removal of conflicts.
A detailed description of the subject of the order is the design documentation (construction and executive designs and technical, bills of quantities) and STWiORBs in accordance with Art. 103 section 1 of the Act of 11 September 2019, Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320).
