Description:
1. The scope of construction works to be carried out as part of the expansion of provincial road No. 583 on the section from km 5,968 to km 7,627 includes:
expansion of provincial road No. 583,
expansion of intersections,
reconstruction and expansion of sections of municipal roads no. 102525E, 102513E, 102537E, 102530E,102510E, 102503E, 102536E, district road No. 2123E, provincial road No. 573,
demolition and construction of sidewalks,
construction of a bicycle path allowing pedestrian traffic,
reconstruction, demolition and construction of exits with covered ditches,
construction of bus and parking bays,
reconstruction and construction of road ditches
demolition and construction of a storm sewage system,
demolition and construction of a road culvert,
reconstruction of a drainage ditch,
demolition and construction of lighting,
reconstruction of existing infrastructure (power and telecommunication networks, water supply network, sanitary sewage system),
planting of landscapingleni,
horizontal and vertical markings.
A detailed description of the subject of the order is the design documentation (construction, executive and technical designs, bills of quantities) and STWiORBs in accordance with Art. 103 section 1 of the Act of 11 September 2019, Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1605 as amended change).
2. The contractor is obliged to personally perform the key parts of the order in the following scope: execution of bituminous layers of the road structure (base layer and binding and wearing layers). This requirement does not apply to the production and transport of the mineral mixture...
