Description:
1. The scope of construction works to be carried out as part of the expansion of the provincial road No. 726 on the section from km 13,622 to km 14,562, together with the demolition and construction of an engineering facility in the town of Sadykierz, includes:
• expansion of the provincial road,
• demolition and construction of exits ,
•expansion of the intersection,
•rexpansion and reconstruction of municipal road no. 116111E,
•demolition of the culvert,
•partial demolition of the bridge,
•construction of the culvert,
•construction of sidewalks,
•construction of bus bays,
•construction of storm sewage and open ditches,
•construction of riverbed strengthening Lubocz,
•construction of road lighting,
•reconstructionelectricity,
• reconstruction of telecommunication networks,
• reconstruction of water supply networks,
• construction of a technological canal.
A detailed description of the subject of the order is the design documentation (construction, executive and technical designs) and STWiORBs in accordance with Art. 103 section 1 of the Act ofSeptember 11, 2019 public procurement law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1605, as amended).
2. The ordering party envisages awarding, within a period of 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract, the existing contractor of services or construction works, an order consisting in the repetition of similar servicesor construction works, in accordance with the subject of the basic contract, up to PLN 6,910,569.11 net.
3. The Ordering Party reserves the obligation to personally perform key tasks regarding:
execution of bituminous layers of the road structure (base layer and binding and wall layers...
