I. The section of provincial road number 807 covered by the study is located in the voivodeship Lublin, in the Łukow poviat, in the Wola Mysłowska commune and the Stanin commune. The expansion of provincial road No. 807 on the section in question is intended to improve communication and transport conditions in the areas of the Wola Mysłowska and Stanin communes. The road connects the towns of Jarczew and Nowy Świat, Germanicha, Kamień, Wandow, Osiny and Ogniwo. The beginning of the planned section of road No. 807 is located in the town of Wandow at km 44+331.20, in the area of the intersection of provincial road 807 with municipal road No. 102622L, and the end is in the town of Ogniwo at km approx. 48+311.00. An investment in its own right the scope includes the existing road strip of provincial road No. 837 and other public roads as well as parts of plots that will be subject to division and are necessary for widening the road strip and expanding the provincial road.

The Ordering Party envisages the orders referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law for a value not exceeding PLN 4,000,000.00 net.
