- The subject of the order is the purchase of SAP Standard Support services for SAP ERP program licenses held by PKP S.A. from the date of conclusion of the Agreement until December 31, 2026, provided that all corrections and improvements are made available to the Ordering Party SAP software issued by SAP until the date of signing the Agreement Extension of SAP Standard Support support services 1. The subject of the order is the purchase of SAP Standard Support services for SAP ERP program licenses held by PKP ARE. from the date of conclusion of the Agreement until December 31, 2026, provided that it provides the Ordering Party with all amendments and improvements to the SAP Software issued by SAP until the date of signing the Agreement. The scope of support includes, among others: the following services: 1) updates software, service support packages, administrative support tools, 2) global service facilities in the form of access to the reporting system, consultations and expert knowledge base, 3) support critical operations through access to analyzes and support for addressing critical issues identified in the 24/7 system, 4) diagnostic tools, access to system monitoring tools and other services for performance optimization. 2. The detailed scope is included in draft contract containing the Description of the Subject of the Order, which constitutes Annex No. 8 to the SWZ.
