• 1. Name of the order: Extension of technical support for server equipment. 2. The subject of the order is divided into two parts, which are described in Chapter. 4 SWZ. 3. Detailed description of the subject of the order and the terms and conditions of order execution are specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 5 to the Terms of Reference (hereinafter referred to as "SWZ"), for each of the two parts of the order (Appendix No. 5A to SWZ - Part 1 - Provision of Maintenance Services for 22 Dell servers PowerEdge R750; Annex No. 5B to SWZ - Part 2 - Provision of Maintenance Services for 6 Cisco UCSX-210CM7-U servers). Part 1 - Provision of Maintenance Services for 22 Dell PowerEdge R750 servers 1. The subject of the order under Part 1 is the provision of services by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of the Contractor's Service Services. 2.
