Description:
1.1. The subject of this order is the construction of a single-story building. The building will be expanded in the side part with a garage for a fire truck, communication and a warehouse. walls with a steel structure made of sandwich panels and silicate. Gable roof covered with sandwich panels. The building is equipped with, among others: in electrical installations, water, sewage, central heating, stormwater drainage. The order requires reconstruction of the external lighting installation. As part of the investment, the contractor is obliged to obtain a final occupancy permit or another document allowing the use of the facility.1.2. The subject of the order has been left described in detail in the following documents constituting annexes to this SWZ: a) Specification of the Terms and Conditions of the Contract (hereinafter referred to as the SWZ) along with explanations to the content of the SWZ provided by the Ordering Party and the proposed contractual provisions, b) Design documentation, technical specification of execution and acceptance of works, bill of quantities. Note: attached to SWZ. Bills of quantities should be treated as an additional (auxiliary) element and are not used to describe the subject of the order and calculate the offer price.2.
