Description:
The subject of the order includes: 1) Development of a multi-discipline architectural and construction design and land development design, obtaining all necessary arrangements and construction permits. 2) Development of a multi-discipline technical and executive design 3) Development of technical specifications execution and acceptance of construction works as well as bill of quantities and construction cost estimate.4) Preparation of hydrogeological documentation (design and as-built documentation), water law report regarding the liquidation of the underground water intake (3 wells) used for heat pumps5) Completion necessary notifications and obtaining decisions from the competent geological supervision authorities and obtaining a water law permit for the liquidation of the water intake. (3 well holes)6) Liquidation of the water intake (3 well holes) used for heat pumps.
