1. The subject of the order is the delivery of an HPLC Set - High Performance Liquid Chromatograph (HPLC) with a radiometric meter for the Provincial Multidisciplinary Center of Oncology and Traumatology. M. Copernicus University in Łodź.
2. The subject scope is described in detail in the appendix to this SWZ "List of technical parameters, warranty conditions, service and training" - Annex No. 2 and the contract template - Annex No. 7.
3. The description of the subject of the contract should be read together with any changes to the content of the document, e.g. resulting from answers to contractors' inquiries.
4. The delivery in question is financed under the project entitled: "Development of Oncology Competence Centers based on innovative diagnostic and therapeutic techniques" as part of the National Reconstruction and Immunity Plan - component D "Efficiency, availability and quality of the health care system" which is an element of the Investment Investment D1.1.1 "Development and modernization of infrastructure "highly specialized care centers and other medical entities" and the Ordering Party's own funds.
5. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility invalidation of the contract award procedure in a situation in which he did not obtain the necessary funds for the planned project. Accordingly z art. 257 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority may invalidate the contract award procedure if the public funds it intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been provided to it. p...
