1. The subject of the order are: construction works - a elevator shaft addition with the assembly of the deviceDźwigowy adapted to the needs of disabled people to the hematology building at ul. Ciołkowskiego 2.
In particular, the subject of the contract includes:
a) execution of construction and installation works together with the assembly of a new crane device based on project documentation;
b) performanceindustry as -built documentation;
c) organizing and conducting the necessary attempts, research, measurements and acceptance, as well as the final acceptance of all works being the subject of the contract;
d) drawing up a notification on behalf of the contracting authority about the commencement and completion of work and obtainingpermits required by law necessary for the performance of the object and put it for use (if required).
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the design documentation - Annex 2 to SWZ, the technical parameters of the crane - Annex No. 2a to SWZ, KD System - Annex 2Bto SWZ. The construction work in question is co -financed by PFRON.
3. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of annulment of the contract award procedure in a situation where he has not obtained the necessary funds for the planned undertaking.According to art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Employer may cancel the contract award procedure if the public funds he intended to finance all or partorder ...
