1. The subject of the contract is: parking from ul. Paderewskiego, between ul. Pabianicka And ul. Ciołkowski - design and build in the system.
In particular, the subject of the contract includes:
a) execution of a construction and executive project of all industries in accordance with the subject of the contract, including the design of radiological shields, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, cost estimates and obtaining a building permit or notification of construction works that do not require a building permit (if required).
b) execution of installation works on the basis of a prepared executive project:
- performing the author's author's supervision in the scope, Fr. referred to in the Act of July 7, 1994. Construction law
- organizing and conducting the necessary attempts, tests, measurements and acceptance, as well as the final acceptance of all works of a given stage, which is the subject of the contract,
c) preparing a notification on behalf of the Ordering Party and completion of work and obtaining permits required by law necessary for the performance of the object and putting it into use (if required).
d) obtaining all permits necessary to carry out the investment, including those required by atomic law and other legal acts in connection with the occurrence of ionizing radiation used for diagnosis and medical therapy.
