1. The subject of the contract is: modernization of the area on the fifth floor of a high building forthe needs of the nervous system of neurosurgery and cancers - design and build in the system.technical execution and acceptance of construction works, cost estimates and obtaining a building permit or notification of construction works not requiring a building permit (if required).
b) construction of installation works on the basis of the completed executive project:
- Performingauthor's supervision of the author of the project in the scope referred to in the Act of 7 July 1994. Construction Law
- Organizing and conducting necessary attempts, tests, measurements and acceptance, as well as the final acceptance of all works of a given stage, which is the subject of the contract,
c) drawing up inon behalf of the Ordering Party notification of the commencement and completion of work and obtaining permits required by law necessary for the performance of the object and put it for use (if required).
d) obtaining all permits necessary to carry out the investment, including the requiredby atomic law and other legal acts in connection with the occurrence of ionizing radiation used for diagnosis and medical therapy.
