- 1. The subject of the order is the protection of the facility of PrzedsiΔbiorstwo Usug Miejskich Sp. z o. o., located in Gubin at ul. lska 36, ββconsisting in constant (daily) direct physical protection by one security employee for 365 days in the period from from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 from Monday to Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays 24 hours a day.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. I.4 to the SWZ and in the contract template constituting Annex No. I.5 to SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party requires that the persons indicated by the Contractor who will participate in the execution of the order and contact the Ordering Party during the execution of the subject of the order must speak Polish at a communicative level. In case the above-mentioned people do not speak Polish, during the term of the contract and for the purposes of implementing the subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged to provide a translator at its own expense and with its own efforts.4. Pursuant to Art. 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party requires employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor based on the employment relationship of persons directly implementing the subject of the contract on the premises of the PUM facility, ...
