- 1. The subject of the order is the protection of the facility owned by the Ordering Party in Gubin at ul. lska 36, consisting in constant direct physical protection of the facility by one security employee in the period from February 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 (the total number of hours of service will be: 6,152 man-hours) from Monday to Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. the next day, on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays 24 hours a day, before public holidays or Saturdays from 3:00 p.m. to midnight, on the following days after Sunday or public holidays, from 00:00 to 07:002. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex I.4 to the SWZ and in the contract template constituting Annex I.5 to the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party requires that the persons indicated by the Contractor, who will be participates in the execution of the order and contacts the Ordering Party during the execution of the subject of the order, speaks Polish at a communicative level. In case the above-mentioned persons will not speak Polish for the duration of the contract and for the purposes of implementation the subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged to provide a translator at his own expense and with his own efforts.4...
