Description:
The subject of the contract is the supply of a concentrate of the prothrombin factors (PCC) to secure the continuity of treatment of patients with a deficiency of the prothrombin syndrome factors (PCC) - hereinafter "coagulation factor", with the category of availability of the Republic of Poland or the RPZ, to the Blood Center indicated by the National Blood Center (hereinafter NCK) direct recipients - Regional Blood Donation and Blood Treatment Centers (hereinafter RCKiK), on the principles set out in the content of SWZ.
Part 1. Concentrate of the factors of the prothrombin syndrome (PCC)
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of the concentrate of the factors of the prothrombin syndrome (PCC) to secure continuity of treatment of patients with a deficiency of the factors of the prothrombin syndrome (PCC) - hereinafter referred to as the "coagulation factor", with the category of the accessibility of the Republic of Poland or the Republic of Poland, to the direct recipients indicated by the National Blood Center (hereinafter NCK) - regional blood donation and blood -healing centers (hereinafter RCKiK), on the principles specified in the content of SWZ.
2. Total number (purchase size): 66,000 J.M.
3. Dose proportions in each delivery - according to SWZ.
4. The coagulation factor concentrate must be supplied with a set that allows it to be given.
5.
