The subject of the contract is the delivery to the Ordering Party of the new tent hall of the first category manufactured not earlier than 12 months before the date of signing the contract together with the training of the personnel, whose subject and quantitative scope was specified in Annex 1 to SWZ, i.e. the subject of the contract, Annex 12 to SWZ, i.e. the functional diagram of the tent hall and in the draft contract - Annex 3 to SWZ.
