- 1. The subject of the contract is the execution of the feasibility study for the project entitled "Construction of the HVDC North-South connection. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is in part II SWZ description of the subject of the contract.
2 Orders by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art. 101 para. 1 point 2 and para. 3 of the Act, the Employer allows equivalent solutions described if they allow to obtain features or parameters not worse than the cited. The above means that the contractor may apply the solutions described by the ordering party "or equivalent".
101 para. 5 of the Act, a contractor who refers to equivalent solutions described by the Ordering Party, is obliged to show that he offers deliveries, services or Construction works meet the requirements set by the Ordering Party, provided that the Contractor proves in the offer, in particular by means of the evidence in question referred to in art. 104-107 of the Act that proposed solutions
to an equivalent extent, they meet the requirements specified in the description subject of the order.
