Description:
Feed yeast.
The VAT rate in accordance with the animal food category, which is classified into the sections (codes) of the integrated nomenclature (CN), listed in Annex 10 to the VAT Act.
Order size 2000 kg.
Subject of the contract should meet the N/W Qualitative parameters:
- intended for dairy cows,
- Cerevisiae CNCM I-1077, containing live yeast cultures.
Content in 1 kg of product:
concentration cfu1.0 x 1011
General protein (G) 220
Lactation net energy (NEL) 6.5
To confirm the information of the above parameters Qualitative Product The Ordering Party requires the attachment to the subject of evidence in the form of a product quality certificate or other document confirming the product equivalence.
The contracting authority does not provide for the contractor to be called to submit the missing evidence in question or it complements.
Failure to submit the evidence in question will result in the rejection of the offer (Article 226 of the Public Procurement Law).
The product quality certificate should be attached to each delivery.
The contracting authority is a agricultural tax taxpayer and will use the ordered product for his own needs.
