Description:
1. The subject of the order is the preparation, delivery and distribution of meals for children and adults at the School Complex in Bircza in 2026 under the conditions described in detail in Chapter II point. 3.1 - 3.9 SWZ.2. Common Dictionary Zamwie: 553 21000-6 and 55521200-0.3. The subject of the order has not been divided into parts. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers.4. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers or offers in the form of electronic catalogues.5. The Ordering Party requires that the person (persons) carrying out activities at the Ordering Party's premises in order to perform the task (persons performing facility cleaning services) must be employed solely on the basis of an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code, unless they are performed by given persons personally as part of their business activity on the basis of an entry in the CEIDG - min. 1 full time job. Employment based on a contract the work of the above-mentioned persons should continue uninterruptedly throughout the duration of the contract. The Contractor is obliged to submit to the Ordering Party within the period specified in the provisions of the contract and to update it on an ongoing basis, i.e. each time an incident occurs. changes...
