The subject of the order is: Feeding for children in primary schools in the City and Commune of Nowa Dba in the period from January 7, 2026. until June 26, 2026 and from September 1, 2026 until December 21, 2026 2. The order concerns meals for children attending primary schools in the City and Commune of Nowa Dba, consisting in preparing and delivering one single-dish hot meal a day in accordance with generally applicable food regulations and standards, in particular in accordance with the provisions of the Act of August 25, 2006. on food and nutrition safety (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1448, as amended), nutritional standards according to the Institute of Nutrition and Food in Warsaw for a given age group, i.e. 7-14 years, as well as legal provisions in the field of food hygiene and HCCAP standards. It excludes itself preparing meals from powder, concentrates, instant products and ready-made products. The production process will be carried out in accordance with sanitary requirements, the HACCP system and GHP/GMP principles.3.
