The subject of the contract is the delivery of fibrinogen concentrate to secure the continuity of treatment of patients suffering from fibrinogen deficiency - hereinafter "coagulation factor", with the category of accessibility of the Republic of Poland or the Republic of Poland, to direct recipients indicated by the National Blood Center (hereinafter Regional Blood Donation and Blood Treatment Centers (hereinafter RCKiK), on the principles set out in the content of SWZ.
