Description:
The subject of the contract is the delivery of fibrinogen concentrate to secure the continuity of treatment of patients suffering from fibrinogen deficiency - hereinafter "coagulation factor", with the category of accessibility of the Republic of Poland or the Republic of Poland, to direct recipients indicated by the National Blood Center (hereinafterRegional Blood Donation and Blood Treatment Centers (hereinafter RCKiK), on the principles set out in the SWZ.treatment of patients suffering from fibrinogen deficiency - hereinafter "coagulation factor", with the category of accessibility of the Republic of Poland or the Republic of Poland, to the direct recipients indicated by the National Blood Center (hereinafter NCK) - regional blood donation and blood -bloodening centers (hereinafter RCKiK), on the principles specifiedin the content of SWZ.
2. Total number (purchase size): 120 g.
3. Dose proportions in each delivery - according to SWZ.
4. The coagulation factor concentrate must be delivered with a set that allows it to be given.
5. When choosing the best offer, the Employer reserves the right to reducepurchase of a medicinal product, but not more than 20% of each part of the abovementioned the subject of the contract, in the event of exceeding the amount allocated to the implementation of the order or the creation of objective and justified needs, in particular the change in demand among patients.
