Description:
4.1 The subject of the order is the performance of works related to the removal of flood damage on the Pisarzwka stream in the towns of Hecznarowice and Pisarzowice, commune. Wilamowice, poviat Bielski. As a result of the passage of flood waters, the existing insurance of the stream bed was damaged and numerous breaches and washouts occurred in the slopes and stream bottom. Due to the rapid degradation of the stream section in question, there is an urgent need to carry out works related to the removal of flood damage. Currently, there is a real danger of the stream slopes being washed away and floods overflowing into adjacent areas with highly developed areas. residential infrastructure, services, roads and communication routes, bridges and agricultural areas located in the immediate vicinity of the stream bed. In order to eliminate the risk of flooding and further losses, there is an urgent need to fill up the breaches and secure them the sections of the Pisarzwka stream bed in question. The main planned works will consist in filling the gaps with stone riprap
