Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the financial leasing service of a new ballistic separator intended for work with: (1) paper waste and (2) waste of plastics and metals, from selective collection from urban and rural areas along with accompanying equipment and installations.
2. Sensor Ballistic will be delivered to the Employer on the basis of a delivery agreement of ballistic separator No. 30/TP2/2025 of May 23, 2025, which is an attachment to this SWZ. The contract was concluded after conducting proceedings No. ZGOK/TP2/14/2025 - "Delivery of a ballistic separator for ZUOK in Olsztyn "carried out on the shopping platform at: https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/zgokolsztyn.
contracts in accordance with the schedule of the contract:
1) Delivery date: 17.10.2025
2) Installation completion date: 31.10.2025.
3) start -up date: 07.11.2025 r.
4. The contract for the financial leasing may be concluded on the standard contract template applied by the Contractor, subject to its conclusion in it The content of additional contractual provisions constituting an attachment to SWZ. The contracting authority allows additional contractual provisions to take the form attachment to the contractor's contract, with the point that in the event of contradictions of the provisions of the attachment with the provisions of the contract, the provisions of additional contractual provisions will have priority.
