1. The subject of the contract is the provision of financial mediation services by the Contractor consisting in granting and comprehensive service for loans for SMEs as part of the financial productpn. Lower Silesian Rotation Loan for SMEs,
from funds accumulated on the Employer's account, made available to the Contractor.
2.
