Description:
The subject of the contract is the provision of financial intermediation services by the Contractor consisting in granting and comprehensive service for loans for SMEs under the financial product entitled Lower Silesian Rotary Loan for SMEs, from funds accumulated on the Employer's account, made available forContractors. The financial product is financed from the Employer's funds, coming from the contribution made under the RPO WD 2007-2013 to the "Lower Silesian Trust Fund" financial engineering instrument remaining after completing the obligations arising from the contract for co-financing the project "Lower SilesiaTrust Fund ", ie funds not involved in contracts with SMEs and funds from returns from SMEs, transferred to the Ordering Party by the Lower Silesian Voivodship represented by the Board of the Lower Silesian Voivodship.
