Description:
[1] The subject of the order is the supply of food products to military garrisons located in Łask and Sieradz.
[2] The order was divided into 6 parts.
[3] The Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting partial offers, provided that the offer must include a valuation of the entire product range. constituting the subject of the contract within the selected part.
The Ordering Party does not limit the number of parts the production of which may be entrusted to one Contractor.
[5] Type and quantity of the ordered assortment contains a price form - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
Price form - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ will constitute a price list for the public procurement contract.
[7] If the Ordering Party anticipates the size unit packaging for a given product range, such information is included in the Detailed description of the subject of the order, which constitutes Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party does not allow the use of substitute packaging for food products.
[8] Detailed description of the subject of the order (i.e. parameters, standards quality and other requirements) are included in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. The delivered goods must meet the minimum quality requirements contained in this document.
