Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of animal products, meat and meat products, cold cuts in the quantity and quality indicated in the annex to the SWZ DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER. The subject of the order will be implemented successively, in batches according to the Ordering Party's needs on business days from Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. The maximum delivery time for successive deliveries (each batch) is up to 3 business days from placing an order in writing, by e-mail or by phone. This deadline may be shortened in accordance with the Contractor's declaration submitted in the tender form (under the criterion non-price delivery time from placing the order). Quantity/Scope: Quantity and quality are indicated in the Description of the Subject of the Order. The Ordering Party requires the delivery of goods free from defects. The Contractor in the event of notification by the Ordering Party that the quality and/or quantity of the delivered articles is inconsistent with the complex order (the goods are defective) is obliged within 3 hours from the date of reporting the defect by the Ordering Party (in writing or by e-mail or by phone or in person during collection based on the written flow...
