Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of food products for the Primary School Complex No. 2 and Kindergarten in Zagnasko from January 1, 2026 to August 30, 2026 to the Ordering Party's canteen located in ZSP No. 2 and P in Zagnasko. The order will be processed at the unit prices indicated in the offer The Contractor, in accordance with the orders placed successively by the Ordering Party, to complete the order in a given package. The delivered assortment should be of quality I.2. The subject of the order concerns the supply of food products. 3. The Ordering Party informs that the quantities of goods specified in the annex to SWZ No. 2.1 d are estimates. and may change to the extent and in the circumstances specified in the contract. The contractor has no right to claim compensation for failure to complete the entire subject of the order. During the duration of the contract, the Ordering Party is not obliged to use the entire estimated quantity of food products provided for in the contract. in these proceedings.
