A brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the delivery of food for the needs of the Social Welfare Home. Sue Ryder in Kałkowo. Gm. Pawłów from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022, taking into account diets determined for residents on a regular basis. The subject of the order includes the supply of 24-hour daily food. Doodle ration for the DPS family will be: 1. Cereal products (based on flour) - 270 g Mixed bread - 250 g flour and pasta - 50 g groats - 40 G2. Milk and dairy products (calculated on liquid milk) - 1150 ml milk - 550 ml cheese cheese - 60 g of rennet cheese - 20 g3. Eggs ¾ pcs. 4. Meat, sausages, fish, (based on meat with bone) - 200 g Meat - 110 g of meats - 40 g of fish - 40 g5. 40 g 6 butter. Other fats 15 ml.7. 350 g8 potatoes.
