Description:
MISO AND MISS PRODUCTS1. The Ordering Party orders, and the Contractor undertakes to deliver, first-class food products in the quantity, range and price specified in the annex to the contract, constituting its integral part.2. The orderer reserves the right to accept a smaller quantity ordered products than specified in the annex to the contract. At the same time, the Ordering Party guarantees the implementation of the contract at the level of at least 60% of its value. The contractor is not entitled to any claims for non-performance of the remaining part of the contract, in particular due to rights to payment or compensation.3. The Ordering Party reserves the right to request the Contractor to increase the volume of deliveries of a given product at the expense of a corresponding reduction in the quantity of deliveries of other goods, while the total value of the contract remains unchanged. Hereby the exchange does not require any change to the content of this agreement.4. The Contractor guarantees in particular that: 1) the delivered products will be of the first quality, approved for trading in accordance with applicable requirements, standards and approvals; 2) the delivered products will be fresh, dated suitability for consumption, allowing for the correct use of the product; 3) the delivered products will be of appropriate ...
