Description:
Food supply services consisting in: comprehensive, all-day nutrition for ROPS patients, by preparing three meals a day, 7 days a week, in the Contractor's kitchen, using the Contractor's own products, in accordance with current nutritional standards for population of Poland developed by NIZP PZH-PIB and guidelines of scientific societies: Polish Diabetes Society, Polish Society of Cardiology, Polish Lipidological Society, Polish Society of Hypertension and Polish Society of Nephrology, as well as the recommendations of the World Health Organization (regarding the maximum content of salt and sodium in the diet), assuming a basic energy value for the diet of not less than 2,600 kcal/1 person of nutrition, and their delivery to the building of the Center in a manner consistent with hygienic and sanitary recommendations regarding the transport of food, in thermally insulating containers prepared for this purpose to protect meals against spilling and falling, in the following hours: breakfast from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Lunch - from 12:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Dinner - from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and in amounts resulting from the current number of people staying in Oro...
