Description:
Part I - BreadThe subject of the order is the successive delivery, together with the transport, unloading and bringing to the Ordering Party's warehouse of bread, for the needs of the current nutrition in 2026, of the residents of the Social Welfare Home in Tursk in accordance with the minimum quality, assortment and quantity requirements. basic provisions, including option rights, specified in Annex 1A, which is an integral part of the SWZ. The number of options will be provided by the Supplier if the Recipient's needs arise after all basic quantities of a given product range have been used. A detailed description of the subject of the order constitutes the scope minimum quality requirements, shelf life, marking and packaging for part I of the order in the price form constituting Appendix No. 1A to the SWZ. As part of these proceedings, the Supplier undertakes to deliver the goods to the warehouse of the Social Welfare House in Tursk, Tursk 28, 69-200 Sulcin (Food Warehouse Building C) no more than five times a week and to unload the goods at its own expense and risk, in the assortment, quality and quantities specified in the order placed by the Ordering Party (Recipient) Supplies go away...
