Description:
Part I - various food productsThe subject of the order is the successive delivery, transport, unloading and bringing to the Ordering Party's warehouse of various food products for the current nutrition needs of the residents of the Social Welfare Home in Tursk in 2026 in accordance with the minimum quality requirements, assortment and basic quantities, taking into account the option rights, specified in Annex 1A, constituting an integral part of the SWZ. The number of options will be provided by the Supplier if the Recipient's needs arise after all basic quantities of a given product range have been used. Detailed description of the item orders in terms of minimum quality requirements, best-before dates, labeling and packaging: for part I of the order (task No. 1 - Various food products) in the price form constituting Appendix No. 1A to the SWZ. As part of this procedure, the Supplier undertakes to deliver the goods to the warehouse of the Social Welfare Home in Tursk, Tursk 28, 69-200 Sulcin (Food Warehouse Building C) no more than five times a week and to unload goods at your own expense and risk, in the assortment, quality and quantities specified ...
