Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase of specialized cars, Type C emergency ambulances, along with additional equipment for the Medical Rescue Teams of the Bieszczady Emergency Medical Service of the Independent Public Health Care Center in Sanok, with the division of the ordered product range into:special packages

2. A detailed description, scope and size of the subject of the order is included in the form of required technical and operational parameters, Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference .
3.Exthe subject of the order must meet the technical and quality features specified in the Polish Standards transposing European harmonized standards, i.e. in accordance with the current Polish Standard PN: EN 1789 and PN-EN 1865 A2 - or equivalent, as well as the required conditions of the base car and medical body. Equipped with athe ambulance must be delivered to the Ordering Party's headquarters. Together with the delivery, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with documents authorizing road traffic in accordance with applicable regulations and enabling the provision of medical services under the State Emergency Medical Services system.nego.
4.Conditions of the order execution were included in the contract template constituting an integral part of the SWZ.
