The subject of the contract is the sale and successive delivery of pharmaceutical products for the needs of the hospital pharmacy of the Independent Public Health Care Center with headquarters 27-300 Lipsko ul. J. Εniadeckiego 2, hereinafter referred to as the Ordering Party, broken down into 21 packages. Detailed descriptionThe subject of the contract was specified in the assortment and price form (Annex 2 to SWZ).
2. It is allowed to submit equivalent offers, provided that the equivalent of the original ready medicinal product - is a medicinal product with the same quality and quantitative composition of the substanceactive, pharmaceutical form and biological equivalence against the original medicinal product, confirmed, if necessary, properly conducted biological availability studies; The concept of the original counterpart of the finished medicinal product also applies to various formspharmaceuticals with unmodified release, intended for oral administration containing the same active substance, in particular tablets and capsules.
3. The offered subject of the contract must have valid documents that allow the market for marketing in the territory of the CommonwealthPolish in accordance with the provisions:
