Description:
The subject of the order are forest management services in accordance with
6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text
unit: Journal Laws of 2024, item 530 - hereinafter referred to as the "Forest Act") covering works from
scope of forest breeding and protection, timber harvesting and skidding, protection
fire protection, hunting management, to be carried out in the Forest District
Rogow in 2026.
The material scope of the subject of the order includes the total number of works
scope of forest breeding and protection, timber harvesting and skidding, protection
fire protection and hunting management resulting appendix no. 3a, 3b, 3c to SWZ.
A detailed description of the works (activities) included in the subject of the order, a detailed description of the technology for performing individual works (activities) and the sorting system of wood harvesting included in the subject of the order are included in the annexes, respectively. No. 3a, 3b, 3c and Annex No. 4a (Description of forestry work technology) and Annex 4b (Sortment system of timber harvesting in forestry) to the SWZ. The scopes of work listed in Annexes 3a, 3b, 3c and 4b are estimates.
The Ordering Party envisages awarding contracts pursuant to Art. 214 section 1 point 7
Public Procurement Law, i.e. an order consisting in the repetition of similar services, within a period of 3 years from the date of awarding the basic order.
