Description:
1. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER
6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of September 28, 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356) - "Forest Act", covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, protection fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding and other forest management areas, to be carried out in the Spychowo Forest District in 2026, 2027 and 2028.
The material scope of the subject of the order includes the total number of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and skidding of wood and other branches of forest management resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, which includes:
planned size of works;
-detailed scope of work by activity groups, activities and locations;
characteristics of forestry in the scope timber harvesting;
sorting system of wood harvesting in forestry;
list of distances and conditions for skidding wood;
list of items not available for machine acquisition;
- potential locations for care forest crops.
