Description:
1.The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new, unused forklift powered by LPG, which was manufactured at least in 2025.1.1. The carriage should be technically efficient (free from material and workmanship defects), complete and ready for use. The subject of the order cannot be intended by the manufacturer to be withdrawn from production or sale due to design defects, it cannot be a prototype or come from a presentation. It should be free from legal defects and cannot constitute a burden on the property third parties/entities and cannot be the subject of any proceedings or security.1.2. The forklift truck will be adapted to work in the recyclable raw materials sorting hall and in the Municipal Waste Processing Plant for loading and unloading in in particular: - asbestos, - self-dumping containers, - baled waste paper and PET.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 2 to SWZ.3. Delivery and collection of the forklift being the subject of the order will take place on working days from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Municipal Waste Processing Plant, ul.
