Part I - formal evaluation service
The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor to the Employer of the formal grant assessment service, i.e. WOPG submitted to the Ordering Party in As part of the project in response to the announced competitions, in the manner and on the principles described in detail in the draft contract constituting Annex 2a to SWZ and in the description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter "LOK"), constituting Annex 4 to the draft contract for the formal assessment service.
