Description:
The subject of the contract is to complete the task in the design and build system covering the design and then the expansion of the building of the Technical and General School Complex No. 3 together with internal installations and land development.
Scope of construction works in accordance withThe functional and utility program includes:
1. Project documentation together with obtaining a replacement building permit in connection with the planned increase in building within the limits of the decision to determine the location of the public purpose investment based on the functional and utility program.
2. CONDITIONconstruction works:
-construction of a new facility with all installations in a way that allows a functional connection to the existing school building,
-removal of heat pump installation and photovoltaic installation,
-removal of a green terrace and a green wall,
-proach for ensuring 1heat sources for the existing building and its further expansion with the possibility of increasing the demand.
-Supporting fire safety throughout the facility (in the existing and extensive part),
-adding availability for the disabled (in the existing and extensive part),
-buildingand the reconstruction of streets and pavements in case such a reconstruction is necessary
-development of the plot of land (parts),
-construction of the area of weapons, in accordance with the conditions of connection received from media suppliers and road managers to obtain full functionalityBut ...
