Description:
1 in p. 4204 together with the development of building and executive documentation, with a cost estimate in the 33rd transport base. 2. Detailed description and the scope of the subject of the plait contains a functional and usage program along with three residents of Zakznik No. 8 to SWZ.3. The Ordering Party requires a 60-month warranty on the subject of the contract, count from the date of the cat collection. 4. Ordering, pursuant to art. 95 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, requires employment by the Contractors or Subcontractor, based on an employment relationship within the meaning of the provisions specified in art. 22 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277), performing the act indicated by the Ordering Actions in 1 para. 2 of the contract template Zakzek No. 6 to SWZ.5. Ordering reserves that it is worth it Project documentation cannot be excavated than 10% of the tenty offer price. Otherwise, the offer will be rejected, in accordance with art. 226 para. 1 point 5 of the Act PZP.
