The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of reagents, control blood and used materials for hematological diagnostics (hereinafter referred to as the goods) and the lease of hematological analyzer, laboratory tables, rotary mixer, microscope, air conditioner, computer set (station, monitor, keyboard, mouse) and 2 UPS devices and refrigerators for storing reagents (hereinafter referred to as the lease in total) for the University Clinical Hospital No. 1 N. Barlicki, meeting the description and border parameters as well as in accordance with the assortment and quantities specified In the assortment and price form constituting Annex 2 to SWZ, in accordance with the offer form, constituting Annex 1 to SWZ and with "border parameters of hematological analyzer" constituting Annex 1A1 to SWZ
