Description:
1. The subject of the order is the conclusion of framework agreements for works related to the maintenance of public inland surface waters and water facilities in the area of operation of the Catchment Management Board in Białystok.
2. Description of the subject of the order:
a) The purpose of these proceedings is to conclude 5 framework agreements, one for each part of the order, between the Ordering Party and a maximum of ten Contractors for each part, in order to establish the terms of orders that may be awarded within a period of up to 36 months from the date of conclusion of the framework agreement, hereinafter referred to as "implementation orders". Orders These will include the performance of works related to the maintenance of public inland surface waters and water facilities located within the area of operation of the Catchment Management Board in Białystok.
b) The detailed scope of the order is determined by: simplified framework documentation for the provision of maintenance services public inland surface waters and water facilities - Annex No. 6 to the SWZ and framework guidelines for the execution and acceptance of works - Annex 7 to the SWZ.
c) Pursuant to the provisions of the Public Procurement Law, the framework agreement does not constitute an obligation of the Ordering Party to grant any future orders and the number of units indicated in the "framework list of works" are indicative and are only used to compare the submitted offers.
