Description:
1. The subject of the proceedings is the conclusion of framework agreements for the selection of contractors for the provision of comprehensive IT support services by providing human resources from the IT industry to common courts and the Ministry of Justice, divided into parts:
1. Part I Development, Management, RPA, ML
2. Part II Business Intelligence, Atlasian, CMBD, MO
3. Part III Security and maintenance
4. Part IV Test part
2. The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions regarding orders (carried out on the basis of executive agreements) that may be made granted during the period of validity of the Framework Agreement indicated in Chapter IV SWZ.
3. Orders will be implemented successively, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, after the Ordering Party has carried out the execution procedure - i.e. the Entity has submitted an Invitation to submit offers, the Contractor submits an offer and selects the most advantageous offer.
